When will my order arrive?

You can check the estimated arrival time of your order in the shipping confirmation email. You can also find the estimated time in "Your Account" > "My Orders" > "View Order" scrolling down to the "Shipping Method". Please keep in mind that these times can vary greatly.

How will I know if my order has shipped?

When your items are on their way we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a "Track Package" link. Please check in all your email folders as sometimes the email can fall in the Updates, Promotions or Spam if your email client is Gmail. 

Why hasn't my package moved?

Please check the tracking number link for a couple of days. If it still hasn’t moved, contact your local post office. They will have the best idea of where your package will be. If you still cannot get an answer please contact our Support Team.
