Where is my order?
Why haven’t I received an Order Confirmation email?
Once you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of purchase. If you have not received an email from us it is possible that you have mistyped your email address or the email has been moved in your Spam folder. Please reach our our Support Team giving your full name, data of order and what you purchased to check the order status.
Why haven’t I received a Shipment Confirmation?
Our items are handmade so it takes time for each piece to be made so please be patient as it may be still in production. You can find the estimated production time under the "Add to Cart" button in each piece. If time has passed by and you still have not received an email please check also in your Spam or other email folders. Contact our Support Team if you have any questions.
