What if my piece is the wrong size?

We can accept exchanges within 3 months (90 days) of when the item was received. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces we process exchanges as store credit.

If your necklace or bracelet is too short, you can purchase an extender if you'd like an adjustable length.

Please use this link to Start Your Return. Select the Order ID and the item you want to exchange and in "Reason" choose "Wrong Size" and as "Resolution" choose "Exchange". When your package is posted and you confirm shipping you'll receive an email with your store credit.
